I'll leave it here for a day to make sure there's nothing more to be said.
I'll be sure to update once it's shredded. |

One thing I just thought about (possibly) in replace to the cornered thing.
Have an encounter? daily? ability that triggers in response to forced movement by an enemy. Something along the lines of "hit them as many times as you want, but don't try to push them around"... Might make the whole defender preference a little less. Cthulhu for president! Stop choosing the lesser of the evils. |

Interesting.
Care to put forward a draft of the ability? I'm not sure how I would stat that one. Though it wouldn't really decrease the Defender bias. That sort of ability is, if anything, more useful to a defender than anyone else, as defenders want to stay where they are, most of the time, and Push is the most common forced movement. Avoiding Pulls is useful to others, but it's still a Defender bias. |

Push them if you will, but they'll be right back again Daily Immediate Reaction Personal Trigger You are forced to move by an enemy's power Effect For the rest of the encounter, any time you are forced to move by an enemy's power you may shift one square I figured with the strength of the mobility there, having it be an encounter power was too powerful. I also tried to make it a nice table that looked like the ones in the book, but the stupid boards don't support html tags for tables. Cthulhu for president! Stop choosing the lesser of the evils. |

Hmm...
I'm not really sure that fits flavourwise. I'll have to think about it. |

You could also add in some sort of attack, damage, or defense bonus after a forced move. I was just going with the concept of you shove them, and they're
right back there again.

Understood, shadracht.
It's just that, when they get pushed out of the way, they'll usually scamper for cover. It's when they can't get out of the way that they're vicious. |

To be fair, allowing a shift after a forced move *will* allow them to scamper for cover. It doesn't necessarily mean that they'll move back towards who
pushed them. Just change the description.
edit: rewrite Scamper Aghar racial power Trying to put a gully dwarf where you want it is like herding cats.
