So I'm trying to figure out a spell that, strangely, I've never used before.
Chill Touch.
You get 1 touch/level. The spell is an Instantaneous spell.
Do you make all of these touch attacks as part of casting the spell? This can get long, at high levels.
Do you get to make touch attacks in place of your regular attacks until you've used up the charges? ie. at level 5 or so, one touch per round? If so, do you get to make the first touch as part of casting the spell, if you choose?
Most touch spells are single touches, or don't require touch attacks (non-offensive spells). This one seems to be the only spell with its wording, though I may be wrong about this.
