Maybe I am retarded but I can't seem to find a list of Spelljamming Helms on the web that are updated for 3rd Edition.

There's basically one helm and a cursed helm. Unfortunately, I don't recall that they're OGC. Try Amazon or your local game shop and try to get the Polyhedron issue where Andy redid SJ for 3E. It has what you need.

Actually there is more than just a couple of helm types in Spelljammer, more like about 20 different types. Only 3 were converted over for Shadow of the Spider Moon though.
The list of helm types includes Artifurnace Bardic Helm Box Helm Crown of the Stars Death Helm Forge Furnace Gnomish Helm Grand Helm Insectare Helm Ki-Helm Lifehammer Major Helm Minor Helm Orbus Beholder Pool Helm Radiant Helm Rudder of Propulsion Series Helm Ultimate Helm and of course my all time favourite The Pump |
